Whatever appeared in the past happened already, it is never bad to analyse it. But do not keep your focus too much in the past, your future is much more important.
Each Morning I keep my focus for 15 minutes to think about the coming day. I think about what I expect of it, what I would like to achieve, where I would like to go, with whom I will talk. I plan the day and keep my focus on fulfilling it in full. In the evening I take 5 minutes only to run a quick review of what had happened and I put a small summary what have I learned and what I could do better tomorrow.
