How important is teamwork for you?
Is this a necessity of the company structure or is it a pleasure of sharing the work together?
For me, working with people was always the best part of the business. Unfortunately it is not so easy to build a team that will move forward when you miss the communicational skills. Often a title “MANAGER” puts a person on the top position to push people towards the team success.
Think for the moment about the words of Henry Ford:
“If Everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”
Wouldn’t be better if you could learn not only to be a Manager, but to be a true Leader?
Only as a Leader you will be able to motivate (not push) people towards the common goal and success of the team.
